He featured heavily for Kevin Nugents U23 Millwall side before getting first team experience at Welling United in the National South, playing for The Wings for half the campaign until the season was halted and finished early.
Rob signed for The Millers in December 2021 and went on to make 14 appearances both at left back and a left hand sided centre half.
