Ryan 'Spider' Charles joins the Millers from Southern Central Premier League side Bishop's Stortford in July 2025.
Charles was a club legend at Stortford having won the Isthmian Premier League title with them having played over 200 times. Spider has also previously played for Maldon & Tiptree, Canvey Island, Needham Market, Witham Town and Concord Rangers, at the latter he played for The Beachboys in the FA Trophy Final under former Aveley manager Danny Scopes.
