Ryan, 31, is an Isthmian Premier League winner with Bishop’s Stortford with another recent Aveley signing Ollie Peters. Ryan was voted in the team of the season for the 2022/23 title winning season by the Managers, and the season prior, Ryan won Players’ Player of the season in 2021/22 and was instrumental in breaking a club record of 11 straight clean sheets for Stortford.

Henshaw has also featured for Billericay Town, over 250 times for AFC Sudbury, in the National South for Braintree Town and Chelmsford city, and in the National North for Bishop’s Stortford where the centre half scored in a 1-0 victory over Boston United.
