Rylee made the switch to Norwich City in the summer of 2025, joining from Stevenage and signing a contract until 2028. He featured in the EFL League One's matchday squad for the last six games of the 2024/25 season.

Whilst at Stevenage, Rylee spent time on loan at National North side Oxford City at the early stages of the 2024/25 season on a month long loan where he made six appearances keeping a clean sheet in a 3-0 win over Needham Market. Prior to that loan Rylee spent time on loan at Southern Central Premier League side Royston Town at the end of the 2023/24 season and at Potters Bar Town.

Rylee made his debut away at Cray Wanderers keeping his clean sheet in a 3-0 victory at Flamingo Park.
