Centre half Jack Barry joins us having played for Phoenix Sports last season. He is well known by manager Terry Spillane having played under him with his time at Thamesmead Town. Jack joined Romford at the start of the 2009/10 season and quickly established himself in the defence and moved further forward to became a goal scoring midfielder before dropping back to centre back.

Took over as Captain from Paul Clayton at the start of 2012/13 season and is always dependable. Broke his ankle at start of 2013/14 and missed a large part of the season moved up to fourth on all time appearance list but left to join Thamesmead at the end of 2014/15 season.

From Thamesmead where he starred he was a wanted man and moved to Phoenix Sports helping them to a record finish last season.
