Avonmouth OBRFC is an ambitious level 7 club inviting applications for the position of Head Coach for the coming 2020/21 season to lead rugby across all sections of the club. The successful applicant should hold a level 2 coaching badge while being an enthusiastic, well driven coach. They will be responsible for developing a clear Coaching and Playing philosophy aligned to the values and ethos of our club while delivering a playbook which will be cascaded through the Senior & colt set up. Experience in the development of juniors transitioning to adult rugby is required.
The club runs three senior men’s teams, a ladies team, a colt side (U17’s/U18’s) and age grade rugby from tots (Under 5’s) to Under 16’s including 3 junior girls age groups. It is an exciting time at Avonmouth Old Boys with major projects on the horizon to help aid the sport at the club & a wealth of junior talent to come through our ranks into the senior section.
