The committee would like to take this opportunity to invite all club members to this year’s AGM. Please make every effort to attend as this is a great opportunity not only to hear the official report of the 2017/18 season but also voice any opinions or suggestions related to both on and off field activities relating to Avonvale RFC.

As part of the AGM the club officials and committee positions are up for nomination for the 2018/19 season. If you feel you have the time and dedication to make a real contribution to Avonvale RFC please put your name forward for consideration.

In line with the club constitution. Paragraph 8.3.1. Any member shall have the right to make nominations with the written consent of a candidate. Such nominations must be sent in writing and reach the Honorary secretary by 31st May 2018. The committee shall also have the right to make nominations for the elections of club officers.
