After a long illness Bernie has sadly lost his fight against Cancer and passed away on Wednesday 10th March 2010. Many old players will remember him not only as a player and good friend but also for his many years of service to the club as Honorary Treasurer.

His funeral will be held on Wednesday March 24th at 12.00pm at St Bartholomews Church in Corsham.
