Moles Go Down in Semi Final First Leg

By Admin admin

On a wet night at Bell Close it was the home side that took the spoils in this first leg of the Buckingham Charity Cup

C again made a number of changes for this Semi Final First Leg. Nick Bennion returned in goal, Paul Field made his first appearance at right back, U18s player George Scott came into the left side of defence and Ben Stevens replaced the absent Jordan Jenkins at Centre Half.

With five straight defeats behind them, FC were hoping to get some confidence ahead of the trip to Peterborough this weekend but alas it was not to be. Brian Haule gave FC the lead in the second half but two late goals from Leighton gives them the lead ahead of the second leg.
