Joanna Sheridan may spend her working life caring for children but behind the smile lies the heart of a singer.
She grew up with the hairbrush in the hand singing her heart out to the big ballads of Whitney Houston and Celine Dion and Joanna can hardly wait to perform in front of a huge Ballina crowd when she struts her stuff in The Great National Hotel in Ballina on March 25th.
Joanna is delighted to be part of Strictly LipSync and hopes that a huge crowd turns out to support the Ballina RFC fundraiser. "My son plays for the U9s at the club and he absolutely loves it, so I want to help out in any way I can. I hear all about the senior squad too because my best friend Adina's partner is Chris O'Neill and he plays full-back on the First XV, so rugby often comes up in the conversation."
The lady who owns her own childcare business 'Joanna's Preschool and Afterschool' says she won't be nervous on the big night and is really looking forward to getting on stage and doing her thing.
Everyone in BRFC wish her well and look forward to seeing all the wonderful contestants on the stage on March 25th. Be warned though, tickets are going fast. Get your hands on some before they run out. They'll soon be as scarce as Ed Sheeran tickets.
