Paul, as he has done all year round ensured there was no complacency as we played Oakfield Parkonians in the final on Sunday at Woodford Wells. Our opponents are club who have themselves had an impressive season and had the accolade of having sides in all of the district finals, we were later to find out they won all but one of these.

The full match report elsewhere but just to say an excellent team performance from the Lions from the first ball ensured that opponents were given little chance in the game and we won the game comfortably.

Last year we were the only side other than Wanstead to win this trophy now having defended the trophy we can truly claim to have the strongest under11s squad about. Well done all and no praise great enough for the excellent work Paul has put in as team manager.
