Bangor City extended their unbeaten start to the JD Cymru North season with a 0-1 victory at Porthmadog.
The Citizens came away from their tricky-looking trip to Y Traeth with an eye-catching success, producing another polished display to build on Tuesday’s home league victory over Buckley Town.
A strong start to the first period from the visitors saw them go in front just 10 minutes short of the break when Emmanuel Agyemang Akwa-Dei demonstrated his class with a neat finish to continue his excellent recent run of form.
Things almost got better for the away side just before the break when Francesco Serafino’s thumping attempt rattled the crossbar.
However, they spurned a host of opportunities following the interval and they managed to hold on for another three points against Sion Eifion Jones’ men.
