Barkingside fell to a 2-1 defeat away at Park View yesterday, in what was their first game played this calendar year.
The hosts grabbed control of the game midway through the first half, taking the lead on 22 minutes before doubling the lead on the half-hour mark.
'Side reduced the lead Ogunkunle Bandele on 62 minutes, but couldn't grab an equaliser as Steven Le Sage's men fell to an eighth defeat of the league season.
'Side are now next in action away to Wormley Rovers, in a Fourth Round Thurlow Nunn League Challenge Cup match, on Tuesday 31st January. Kick-off for that game is at 7:45pm.
