Barkingside fell to a 4-2 defeat to relegation rivals Waltham Abbey at Cricklefields last night.
Michael Spencer and Calvin Poku scored for 'Side who are next in action on Saturday when they host Witham Town. Kick-Off for that match is at 3pm.
