Barkingside fell to a 1-0 defeat at home to Division One South leaders Ipswich Wanderers at Cricklefields yesterday afternoon.
The only goal of the came was scored early on, when Matt Blake put Ipswich ahead on 6 minutes.
Despite a good performance from Steven Le Sage's men against a team tipped for promotion, they couldn't get back on level terms and fell to defeat.
The result leaves 'Side in 10th still in the league standings.
'Side are next in action on Tuesday night when they face local rivals May & Baker away. Kick-off for that match is at 7:45pm.
