Barkingside shared a 0-0 draw away at Hullbridge Sports yesterday, on the opening day of the new Essex Senior League season.
Michael Walther's men put in a good performance as the sides shared the spoils.
'Side are next in action on Monday night at Cricklefields as they host Sporting Bengal United in their first home game of the season. Kick-off for that match is at 7:45pm.
