Romania Held As Homeless Donations Collected
Barkingside drew 1-1 at home with FC Romania yesterday.
Luke With scored for Gus Gulfer's men after 10 minutes.
Romania equalised after 36 minutes through Sergio Maximov equalised for visitors on 36mins.
No further goals were scored as both sides shared the spoils.
Off the pitch the club had a terrific response to our 'Help the Homeless' donation request, as we received lots of items (see picture) that will be given to local homeless shelters and organisations.
The club would like to thank all who donated items and remain focused to more involvement in causes in and around the local community.
