Barkingside fell to their third defeat of the season as a good performance from Wroxham earned the hosts the three points in Norfolk.

After ‘Side started brightly Wroxham went ahead on 10 minutes when Jack Garrod fired low past Chris Clark from Jamie Forshaw’s through ball. The hosts doubled their lead when Christy Finch finished of a nice passing-move on 32 minutes with the attacker firing a shot across Clark which went in off the post.

‘Side improved after the break with skipper Matty Gulfer’s shot from the edge of the box forcing home keeper Elliot Pride into a good save. The keeper did well shortly after to deny substitute Dan Jones from close-range, who was impressing off the bench after replacing Steve Carvell.

Richard Oxby fired narrowly over from 25 yards before Calvin Poku, off the bench, headed over from close-range following a corner. It just wasn't ‘Side’s night and in the final minute Remy Gordon tapped-in a third for Wroxham following a good run by Ben Lewis.
