COVID19 Procedure and risk assessments for visiting teams

Please read our procedures below and if you need to view the full risk assessments they are attached

North End Lane

Before the game·      

  • Please remind all players, officials and spectators that they must not attend the game if they or anyone in their household has symptoms, a positive test or is required to self-isolate    
  • Please remind all players to bring own food, drink and hand sanitiser        

On Match Day

  • Players to please park cars on the far side of the ground (unless the ground is wet)
  • Please complete the record of those in attendance on the league form and supply to the captain, coach or club official  
  • Please remind your players of the ECB and Govt. guidance including: Hand washing / sanitisation break,  Social distancing (limit the time spent congregating and adhere to the rule of 6 when off field), Equipment usage (sharing of equipment must be avoided where possible and  No saliva on the ball
  • Please remind players and officials that they must adhere to all rules of accessing the clubhouse. When bar is closed only enter the building touse the toilet. Changing rooms, showers and kitchen area are strictly out of bound. Follow all of the routes indicated by signage and floor marking. Adhere to all social distancing rules in place
  • When spectators are allowed, please advise them to check in using the QR code or sign in in the clubhouse
  • Please do not move any chairs, benches or patio furniture without checking with a club official
  • The away team seating is on the green chairs next to the garages and your warm up area will be nearest the road

Newland ground

Before the game

  • Please remind all players, officials and spectators that they must not attend the game if they or anyone in their household has symptoms, a positive test or is required to self-isolate
  • Please remind all players to bring own food, drink and hand sanitiser
  • It would be helpful if players and spectators (when permitted) can bring their own chairs

On Match Day

  • Players to please park cars on the far side of the ground (unless the ground is wet)
  • Please complete the record of those in attendance on the league form and supply to the captain, coach or club official
  • Please remind your players of the ECB and Govt. guidance including: Hand washing / sanitisation breaks, Social distancing (limit the time spent congregating and adhere to the rule of 6 when off field), Equipment usage (sharing of equipment must be avoided where possible), No saliva on the ball
  • Please remind players and officials that they must adhere to all rules of accessing the clubhouse – Only enter the building to use the toilets. Changing rooms, showers and kitchen area are strictly out of bounds. Follow all of the routes indicated by signage and floor marking. Adhere to all social distancing rules in place
  • When spectators are allowed, please advise them to check in using the QR code or sign in in the clubhouse and follow the current social distancing rules
  • Please do not move any chairs, benches or patio furniture without checking with a club official, and if possible please bring your own seating
