We welcome Rushall Olympic to the UK Flooring Direct Stadium on Tuesday 27th October for a Pitching In Southern League Premier Cetnral match. Kick off is at 7.45pm. We ask that all spectators read the important information below to ensure the game can be hosted in a safe manner.

Capacity is limited to 600 but this should still mean that everyone will be able to get in to watch.

Track and Trace

We have track and trace in place for all spectators. This can be done in a couple of ways.

We have partnered with eve PASS to provide an easy way to register your details. Please make sure you download a QR code reader to your phone and download the evePASS app.
At the ground simply scan the QR code on entry and complete the online form. The NHS Track and Trace QR code will also be on display.

You can also download the form linked to this article (below) and complete manually. Please hand this in at the turnstile on entry.

Guidelines for in the Stadium

There are some general guidelines that will help make the evening safer for everyone:

1. Please use the hand sanitisers provided around the ground

2. Please respect social distancing

3. Please follow one way systems, including going under the stand to return to the stand or access the Bowls Club end, and any instructions given to you by an official

4. Please only sit in the seats that are marked as available when in the stand

5. Please respect any areas, such as toilets, where capacity is restricted

Admission Prices and Season Tickets

The Top Gate (off Newlands Road) will not be in use. Please use the main entrance from the Sports Complex.

It is pay on the day with cash.

Admission is £10 for adults, £6 for concessions, £3 for U16s and free for U11s. It would be very helpful if you can pay with the correct money so that we can limit the amount of cash being handled and passed between people. We are only able to accept cash at the moment.

Refreshments

Food and drinks will be available from the canteen situated at the opposite end of the stand to the entrance. Please follow the one way system and respect social distancing when queuing. Please try and have the correct money to pay.

It is possible to go to the Barn at half time but please exit via the correct gate and take a Pass with you so you can get back in.
