Barwell head to Cheshire in the Emirates FA Cup on Saturday to face Nantwich Town. Nantwich Town play in the Pitching In Northern Premier League and are currently third in that league after three games.
The two clubs used to face each other when the Canaries were in the Northern Premier League, with some entertaining matches taking place. The last time they faced each other was in January 2018 when The Dabbers won at Kirkby Road. Before that there were two draws, both 2-2, in Nantwich.
Nantwich Town beat Tividale 4-2 away to reach this stage of the competition with Barwell beating Bedworth United 3-1.
In their last games, Barwell lost 2-1 at Tamworth whilst Nantwich beat Buxton at home.
