Tuesday 21st January will be the official training start date for the 2020 season. All new and returning players welcome to attend, with training to take place predominantly at Hanging Rock Batemans Bay on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm. In addition, the club has finalised its First Grade coaches being unchanged from the improved and successful 2019 season. Jim Roberts will return as forwards/set piece coach, and Mike Wallace will return as backs and skill coach.

Some players have begun off season strength and conditioning at Hanging Rock Mon-Fri between 4:30 and 6pm, again all welcome.

Junior start dates to be advised, however we can confirm nominations for the following grades:

Under 10s boys and girls
Under 12s boys and girls
Under 14 girls
Under 16 girls
Under 16 boys
