As you are all probably aware due to this horrible ongoing COVID19 all grassroots football has been cancelled and we do not, at the moment, have any idea when it will be able to restart.
Along with many peoples personal and business finances this sudden stop to the football season has also hit the Clubs finances.
Our biggest outgoings for the season; winter training, trophies and pitch repairs, have all gone ahead as usual. However, our ongoing income from catering, Presentation Day and galas has obviously completely dried up and we cannot see any of this coming back until the start of next season whenever that may be.
Hopefully as a well run Club our finances are strong enough to see us through this unprecedented time until we can start playing football and resurrect our income and we know many people will be thinking exactly the same on a personal level.
Our subs for next season will be decided, as usual, at the Club AGM and be communicated out when this has been done.
We hope that you are all keeping safe and well during this difficult time and that we can all meet again soon, once it is deemed safe for us, to start training and playing football again.
