Can we still kick it?

After a long lay off the Battyeford U14B team may get to play at last. It has been ten weeks since we played the last game which was a 4-1 victory over Clifton Rangers. The spirit within the team is at a high level and signs are looking good for another victory at home against the Lepton Hinds this Sunday.

The squad will be without midfield dynamos Ali Hassan (knee injury) and Luke Brown (suspended), but otherwise a full squad to select from. On the rota this week, Capell, Hirst and L Ward.

With the rest of the league playing last week Battyeford slipped down to 7th place in table on goal difference but just 2 points from being in outright 3rd place. A win against the league's bottom club this weekend could put us up in the clouds, if other results go our way. So again the question is CAN WE STILL KICK IT?
