It's no surprise that Town don't like playing on a sub standard Sunday league pitch so even worse that they opened at Maltby.

Unable to gain access to changing facilities until 2:40pm due to prior friendly games and over 35 games says it all for the setup at Maltby.

However, Town clearly forgot to turn out and play the football they had been showing in all pre season games.

A team of individuals on the day were never going to be in it against a dogfish and grafting Maltby team.

Poor goals conceded and lack of player organisation and it was always going to be a loss on the opening day.
