The Club's Annual General Meeting will commence at 7.30pm (Bar open from 6:30pm) on Thursday 25th June at the Clubhouse - please see the agenda & associated papers below and attached.

The Associated Papers for membership mentioned in the agenda shall be posted on the website on 18th June as required by the Club Rules [associated AGM papers posted below, 16/06/26]. Please print these off (if able) and bring them with you as there will only be a limited supply of hard copies at the meeting.

Members should also note that in order to save time at the meeting, could you please let the Secretary (Steve Ralph - stvrlph@gmail.com) know in advance of any item you wish to bring forward under "Any Other Business".
