Beccehamian RFC Clubhouse Big Build Extension Update – 20 December 2023

As we enter into the Christmas break, the extension build continues:

1. Scaffolding and build cover to enable extension work to continue with minimal impact from weather conditions
2. All main structural steel work for the ground and first floor completed.
3. All below ground drainage activities completed.
4. All ground floor block and beam flooring completed.
5. Brick and block work for outer and internal walls completed up to ground floor ceilings.
6. Update photos of recent build activity with room layout & dimensions! (on photo gallery link here)

Planned activities in January:

1. Terrace staircase installed
2. Ground floor ceiling / 1st floor flooring installation
3. Floor and ceiling insulation installed
4. Windows installed
5. Completion of brickwork
