We need as many volunteers as possible inc coaches from each age group to help set up, the more we have the quicker we can get it all done. If you can arrive for 7am that would be great. We are still looking for pitch marshals.

We need a volunteer for the Control Tent to help Charlotte (from the u7/u9's) - particularly around the time when the other clubs will be arriving as it will get very busy.

Clear up

This is the point where people seem to vanish, so no sneaking up to the bar or chatting. A couple of the important jobs are to pack up the control/first aid tent and the personal favourite of collecting all the 125 road cones.

Please remember, in October our age group will arrange the October festival and when we are in the U10's the Christy Jordan festival will become our responsibility for the Year.

The Six Nations returns this weekend, the Club will be showing the games. You are more then welcome to watch the games at the Clubhouse.
