The experience that Aaron brings with him to the role is extensive, having spent his playing days playing at high levels with both Norwich and Wymondham. Of more recent times, Aaron has built up a strong coaching portfolio with Head Coach roles at Eastern Counties Women’s, Wymondham Wasps (Ladies), West Norfolk and Crusaders. He has received his England Rugby Coaching Award, previously known as a Level 2 as well as many other CPD’s. This wealth of experience that Aaron brings from both playing and coaching will benefit the senior squad massively this season.

With the squad that has been built over the last few years, both parties are excited about the further progress that can be made in the future. When asked for his thoughts regarding the appointment, new head coach Aaron commented "After watching the two training sessions this week and seeing the massive potential throughout the squad, it really is exciting to see where this club can go".

Some of you may have already seen Aaron pitch-side since he watched over and assisted the management of the game against Thetford this weekend where the squad earned a well-deserved victory, finishing 33 - 21. After the game Aaron said "A massive win with some great rugby played, but as always some things to work on that we will take into training next week. We need to build on the result throughout the week, ready to take on a tough opponent in Wymondham 2nd's in our season opener next Saturday.

Alongside Aaron, existing coaches Leigh Gedney and Stuart Adams will continue to provide their support as assistant coaches with Keith Johnstone continuing in his role as Director of Rugby.
