The young Bulls start their season off with a trip to Watton

It was a sunny October morning as the 30 (yes 30) young Bulls set off on their travels to Watton to represent Beccles RUFC. It was fantastic to see a wave of green and black shirts across all pitches along with big wide smiles and laughter.
Paddy the U9's coach match report:-
Beccles Mini & Junior players had their first outing of the season at Watton Rugby Club on Sunday.
This was the first time in nearly 4 years they had enough players in some age groups to play as a team in their own green shirts.
Beccles under 9 played 2 matches scoring a total of 8 tries, with excellent running with the ball but most of all the biggest improvement came in tackling and making the ball available for their team mates.
This is the beginning of the season this side needed.
