Junior Cricket Coaching Starts

We are happy to announce that weekly, Softball and Hardball Coaching starts on Sunday 19 July to Sunday 30 August (seven weeks).

Head of Junior Coaching, Matt Grice, and his team have an exciting new Softball coaching programme providing an opportunity for more structured coaching in smaller, age and ability appropriate groups with high quality coaches for boys and girls.

In Hardball sessions, they plan to focus more on technique, fielding skills and in-play coaching. This will complement nets running on Mondays and Fridays and matches during the week to put skills into action!

In a change from past years, Softballers and Hardballers will no longer train on the pitch at the same time.

Softball coaching starts at 9.00am - 10.30am.

Hardball coaching starts slightly later at 10.45am – 12.15pm.

To take part in club activities, players must become Members of Beckenham CC. Annual Membership provides access to training, hardball matches or softball Mini 8 tournaments, Winter nets and softball and transition nets throughout the year.

Despite the current Covid-19 restrictions, under which we are operating, the Pavilion and bar is open.
