Ayana will be joining for the full season and, alongside playing for the 1st XI on Saturdays, will assist our excellent junior coaches throughout the week and on Sunday mornings. Ayana is a 21-year-old off spinning all-rounder from Colombo who has confirmed that he is "alright for a few beers". He is really delighted to be joining the club and is looking forward to meeting everyone over the course of the summer.

I would like to extend a huge debt of gratitude to Las Dissanayake and his family who are assisting Ayana with accommodation for the Summer. Without their generosity it would not have been possible to bring Ayana to the club so a huge thank you from us all.
