The Eagles welcome Rushall Olympic to the Eyrie for another huge game for Graeme Tomlinson’s side. Last time out, Bedford were beaten 1-5 at home to a clinical Luton Town development side.
The Eagles were scheduled to play Nuneaton Borough last weekend but that games was postponed due to poor weather. Because of this game getting called off, teams around the Eagles have played more games and now Bedford have a better picture of the relegation battle.
Bedford put in a spirited performance against Coalville Town despite losing 2-0. This was the most recent league game the Eagles have played in as Graeme Tomlinson’s side look to end the six-game losing streak in the league.
There has been a recent flurry in departures at the Eyrie as a few first team players have left the club. Charley Sanders has moved to Corby Town as well as Sam Warburton joining Spalding United.
Rushall Olympic have been having a great season as they sit in fifth place. They have been great at finding the back of the net this season as they are up there with the top scoring teams in the league.
Some of their recent results have included awesome wins. These include a 3-0 victory over Nuneaton Borough, a 4-3 win over Stratford Town and a 7-2 win against Redditch United.
The Olympic team will want to avenge their loss earlier in the season against the Eagles as Bedford left Walsall with the three points. They will be looking to right the wrongs of that day.
Try to make your way to the Eyrie for this huge game!
