Rushall Olympic left the Eyrie with three points in a feisty affair in Bedfordshire. Alex Moore put the Pics ahead in the first half and shortly afterwards, Jack Keeble was sent off. Alex Cameron of Rushall Olympic was sent off on the hour mark but Kieran Cook put the game to bed in the dying minutes of the match.
The game was end to end as both teams looked threatening on the attack. The Pics took the lead within half an hour thanks to Alex Moore. A low cross into the box was blocked by Eagles goalkeeper Lewis Elsom before Alex Moore bundled the ball into the back of the net.
The game heated up after this and shortly afterwards, Bedford were reduced to ten men. This was after a 50/50 challenge by Jack Keeble where he went through Reece Mitchell but won the ball in the process. The referee deemed it a red card and Jack Keeble was sent for an early bath.
As tensions were rising, things reached boiling point as Olympic also received a red card. This came from a Rushall corner where a floating header was blocked by Joe Butterworth before a Rushall player elbowed Butterworth, causing a scuffle. Alex Cameron appeared to half hit Drew Richardson in the face, therefore being sent off.
Pressure mounted on Rushall as Bedford were hunting for an equaliser. Substitutes Carlos Lyon and Rio Dasilva were causing the Rushall defence some problems, but no clear-cut chances came.
Olympic put the game to bed late on as Kieran Cook received the ball inside the box and calmly slotted past Lewis Elsom to seal the points.
