Written by a man who now knows Peter Bower from David Bower and looking for the missing crowd at half time.

Todays match report a tale of two rugby clubs, one having a good day and the other a not so good one.Match official for the day Mr Peter Bower a true gentleman of Leicestershire.Who reminded me that I always put his brother Davids name whenever he visits.Sorry about that Peter I must try harder. It was going to be one of those days.
Written in the style of a theatrical production, programmes are on sale at the theatre entrance. Please remember to turn off your mobile phones and not cause noise with your sweet wrappers.
Members of the cast for Oundle RFC who crossed Belgraves tryline.Dan Page,Rob Shingles x 2,Joe Roberts who informed me he made 50 plus yards to score, looked more like 30 to me Joe.Leave that one with you, as this is a theatrical production, Craig Tandy.
Basil Letts who is famous for being bridge champion for the U.K. wasted on Belgrave Basil,we only know where Thurcaston Road bridge is,as its on the way to The Talbot Public House.
Final two Toby Snelling and Vernon Horne, playing in a supporting role Jaco Steenberg who converted every try, also working behind the scenes Sadie Smith wearing her yellow boots, thanks for providing the above information Sadie.Do not give up your day job.
Members of the cast for Belgrave RFC,Jamie(the cobra)Crumbie and Ashley Clarke who both shed blood for the team after bumping heads with each other it was going to be one of those days,Kevin(bungle)Curtis who put 3 points on the board,Tracey Harpin for her first aid skills and taking the juvenile lead Stanley Charles Summers who will attain the age of 1 in the near future, hurry up and grow Stanley the team needs you..Ashley did attend the LRI and had his eye stitched a picture on facebook you have to be over 18 to look at it.
At halftime I noticed the usual suspects Messrs Peake,Hunter and the Austins had vanished, could it be England v Scotland was calling from The Tom Hoskins, how could this be and miss the second half of this exciting production.I bet this never happened to William Shakespeare.
The second half was very akin to the first, but Belgrave were unlucky not to score and kept Oundle down to 20 points with some stout defence.Final score Oundle 62 Belgrave 3 it was not to be Belgraves day.A trip to the Hoskins and found to my horror the missing halftime suspects consuming strong drink and watching the rugby. No change there then.
No game next week, next fixture away at Peterborough on 25th March, for this fixture I will try and get Sir Kenneth Branagh,Benedict Cumberbatch and some of their friends to appear in our next production,Just off now to phone their agents. No doubt it will be do not call us,we will call you.But we can but try. Who is this Charles Dickens anyway, never heard of him.See you next fixture,
