Written by a man who saved LE4 from the fires of hell and the Viking Warriors, whilst under massive attack and not a weasel in sight.

Having saved LE4 from the fires of hell during Cheltenham week by keeping the usual suspects under observation who were moving house every day to do their betting and drinking and avoid detection.I managed to get them to Newtown Linford for the final day plus the Viking Warriors celebrating Patrick(the Viking Warrior)Thomsons birthday I got them to go to London by telling them the streets were paved with gold. Some people will fall for anything.
My good works completed today a trip to Olney RFC who are at present top of the league and look on the way to promotion.A trip down the M1 with Joe(legohead)Pollard who as well as driving was in charge of the music,I was subject to Arctic Monkeys,London Grammer and Massive Attack who ever they are..
On arrival at the ground match reporter Jim Ford was waiting with his usual supply of pens. The match official for the day Nichola Reynolds who hails from the Soke of Peterborough and a financial advisor,Nichola is now doing her 14th season of officiating, keep up the good work.
On the kick off Belgrave attacked the houses end,Olney went a head with 5 minutes on the clock with number 8 Gareth Cahill scoring under the posts.Belgrave struck back but despite spending time in the Olney half did not manage to put points on the board.on 25 minutes Olney went further ahead winning a 22 yard lineout and Charlie Harris crashing over to score.
A loss for Belgrave Jamie(The Cobra)Crumbie coming off injured being replaced by Ashley Clarke,to close the first half Will Edwards went on
a long 40 yard run for Olney to score. The halftime score Olney 21 Belgrave 0.
Famous people at the ground a thespian as Ken Dodd used to say "Don't worry they can't touch you for it." Mr David Wood whose stage name is David Wilder not to be confused with Gene Wilder of Blazing Saddles fame David has performed in many productions over the years including the West End and has his own production company.I did give him my CV for public speaking and stand up,he replied "Don' t call us we will call you"
The second half started with an Olney score Stuart Livesey kicking the ball into the Belgrave half following up kicked it again over the try line,he than out ran the defence and dropped on the ball giving Olney a 28 point lead. The Belgrave forwards now known as the Viking Warriors took the game to Olney and did everything but score, full marks to Olney whose defence stood firm.A consulation score for Belgrave a 30 yard run by Kamil (the Bolt)Szczepaniak put points on the board.Final score Olney 28 Belgrave 5.
Well done to the seconds for a 15 points to 12 win over the mighty Aylestone Athletic lifts them from the bottom of the league,2 home games to follow, safety beckons.Next week a home fixture against Saint Ives, with the seconds at home to the mighty Cosby.Just off home now to await a phone call.See you next week.
