This follows the resignation of Tommy Muckell, who had great success, topping the league for the last two incomplete seasons. Around half of this year’s squad are eligible to play another season at this age group, so rebuilding is necessary.

The successful candidate will be expected to produce players that can progress through the pathway to adult football. Currently the club’s two adult sides are at steps 4 and 7 of the non-league pyramid. There will also be support in due course from the club’s youth teams, that will be playing in Eastern Junior Alliance side next season at under 16 and under 15 level. The club has Charter Standard and will expect the new managerial team to have in date enhanced DRB, child safeguarding and a coaching qualification (or to obtain them in the summer).
