The Comrades have only played in one FA trophy game so far, a 2-1 away victory to Chertsey Town in the second qualifying round after given a bye in the first round.

Berkhamsted 5-0 Wantage Town 10/10/20 Southern League Division One Central

Currently sitting 9th in their league, the Blues have picked up three wins in their five games in all competitions.
Marlow have already improved on last years’ performance in the FA Trophy as they couldn’t get past the first qualifying round against Sholing.
In this season’s competition, Mark Bartley’s men have beaten Phoenix Sports 2-0 in the second-round qualifier after been given a bye in the first.
Marlow’s last three results:
Chertsey Town 0-3 Marlow 20/10/20 Isthmian League South Central Division
Bedfont Sports 1-0 Marlow 24/10/20 Isthmian League South Central Division

One to watch:
Alie Bangura is the one to look out for in this game; the 21-year-old is on fine form following his two goals against Didcot. The attacking youngster will be looking to continue his great form for the Comrades this weekend.
Chris Devane said:
About Marlow: “There’s a real good feel around the club at the moment, spirits are high. It will be a real test against a very good outfit who are in good form; but we’re ready to go.”
About the FA Trophy: “Any cup competition is important for me; my opinion is football is all about trophies & giving 100% in every competition we’re in.
“FA trophy along with the FA cup are of course different. Not only the possibility of testing yourself against higher opposition, it is also very financially rewarding for the club.
“In this current climate all incoming finances are of course a great help to everyone behind the scenes.”
Team News: “The only injury we’ve got at the moment is Lewis Toomey. He has a hamstring strain and is a week away from even training. Barring a miraculous recovery, he won’t be involved in any capacity over the next week or so.
“Apart from that, we are fit & healthy and ready to go.
“Marlow will be a very tough fixture, but I’ve got full faith in the boys at the moment and we’re ready to compete.”
Marlow FC vs Berkhamsted will kick off at 3pm on Saturday 31st October at the Alfred Davis Memorial Ground. Come on down and support the boys as they aim to make it to the next round.
Up The Comrades!
