We had an issue with a member not able to update some information on their Pitchero Profile. The reason given to me by Pitchero's support is that they did not have their date of birth entered. It also transpires that if you don't have this date of birth entered then you will no longer be receiving the weekly email newsletter to you email inbox.

So, if you don't want to miss out then log into your profile, update the details, including your date of birth. Don't forget to press save at every stage! That way you will get the weekly newsletter again. If you don't have a profile created yet then you will need to create one in order to get the email and to stay in touch.
