JUNIOR COMMUNITY CUP | FULL TIME
BERWICK 5–12 ALNWICK

Not the result we wanted, but another proper battle between the Diamonds and our local rivals Alnwick — this time in the Junior Community Cup! ??

It was a physical, competitive game from start to finish, with both sides having to work for absolutely everything. The Diamonds kept fighting right until the final whistle, but Alnwick came away with the 12–5 win.

Our points came courtesy of Chloe Gray, getting herself over the line for the Diamonds’ only try of the game. ???

And onto our Players of the Match…

⭐ Opposition Player of the Match — Chloe Gray
? Forward of the Match — Millie Warnock
⚡ Back of the Match — Finlay Bowden

Huge congratulations to all three! ??

Our Junior Community Cup journey ends here, but there’s plenty of rugby still to come this season!

? NEXT UP — BACK TO LEAGUE ACTION!
We welcome Jarrovians to Scremerston on Sunday 11th October for our next league fixture. ?

Time to regroup, get back to training and go again! ??

As always, a massive thank you to everyone who came along to support us and to all of our fantastic sponsors who continue to back the Diamonds. ???
