Bibury AFC are delighted to appoint Andy Ealey as their new manager for the upcoming 2017/18 campaign

This afternoon Bibury AFC are delighted to announce Andy Ealey as their new manager for the upcoming season, Ealey, who resides from Swindon, takes over as manager from current defender Dan Shannon.

As part of the structure moving forward, Andy Ealey brings along with him fellow Swindon man Steven Pawelek who will be joining the club as First Team Coach.

This will be Ealey's first Senior Job in management however the new man in charge comes in with a wealth of footballing knowledge despite his tender age.

Unfortunately despite a reacurring ankle injury, ex defender Ealey has played for many clubs including Forest Green Rovers, Purton, Malmesbury Victoria and Wroughton whilst also studying for his coaching badges.

Ealey has also worked full time as a Football Community Development Officer at Swindon Town Football Club and has 10yrs of coaching experience working with the clubs talented youth section.

In addition to this he also held a position as Director Of Football with Beversbrook FC in the Wiltshire Premier Division.

Ealey brings along with him UEFA B qualified coach Steven Pawelek who also worked alongside Ealey at Swindon Town FC but now coaches for Reading FC after coaching abroad in the US.

We wish both of them the best of luck in this exciting chapter of Bibury AFCs history.
