Hi all,

In the attached information pack you'll find useful information for this Saturday's AGM, including the agenda for the meeting, the list of candidates and a manifesto for each one, and the Treasurer's Report for the season.

Please don't forget that if you can't make it to the AGM, you can submit your votes for the elections by nominating a proxy to do it for you; if you plan to do this, you need to email secretary@birminghambullsrfc.com by 5pm on Friday 21st June, stating that you will not be at the meeting and providing the name of the club member who will act as your proxy. However we do urge you to attend the meeting as we need the meeting to be 'quorate' (have enough of the membership represented) to count!
