Presented to AGM and voted taken to accept.
Key points were increased costs due to change of training venue, and the reporting period crosses over with a number of large transactions.

Incorporation
Waiting on confirmation from solicitor of new company being formed. Will take to an EGM.

Birmingham 2021 Union Cup Bid
The new club committee will be meeting with the existing bid committee to decide a way forward to ensure that there is an appropriate level of scrutiny and oversight, while protecting the existing club. Once agreed this will be shared with the club membership.
