Birmingham Civil Service begin the competitive season defending their North Midlands Vase crown away to Dixonians RFC in the first round on the 31st August 2019. After the success in last year's final against Ross-on-Wye RFC, Civil will be looking to do well again in the competition.

Civil's league campaign begins with a home game against Upton-on-Severn RFC, who are also new to Midlands 4, after their relegation from Midlands 3 last season. Civil finish the campaign with an away trip to Upton-on-Severn.

The first 5 fixtures are: Upton-on-Severn (H), Bromyard (H), Claverdon (A), Coventrians (H) and Dunlop (A).

This season Civil Service will also be competing in the RFU National Cup and wait to hear who they will be facing in the first round.
