This page has been set up as a place where anyone can get access to help and advice with regards to mental health.
It's important to remember that this is an issue that affects everyone. If you're going through your own struggles, always remember that everybody at the club will listen to you and help you as best as we possibly can.
Although none of us at Birstall RFC are professionally trained to deal with anyone going through battles with their own mental health, we are a family, which means we will always be there for you to drop us a message, have a chat over a drink (beer, coffee etc) and catch up whenever you need to.

Please keep an eye out on the website for social events and catch ups.
