Bishops Cleeve are once again in cup action this weekend, as they take a trip to Willand in the FA Trophy.
The Mitres are coming off an FA Cup exit, as they succumbed to a 5-2 defeat from Wimborne Town, ending Cleeve’s journey abruptly.
Paul Collicut’s men will be hoping to put last week’s result behind them and get back to winning ways against Willand Rovers
Willand have struggled in their first couple of games this season, as they are yet to win one, with losses over Swindon Supermarine and Bristol Manor Farm, but they’ve been able to secure themselves two draws over Melksham Town and Falmouth Town, respectively.
It really didn’t work out for the Devon All-Whites last weekend, as they were handed a devastating 8-0 loss from newly promoted Hartpury, something Rovers will be hoping to put behind them this weekend.
Cleeve and Willand have had their fair share of matchups in the last couple of years, including last year's FA trophy in an identical fixture to this year's, and in that one the Mitres came out on top as 2-0 victors. However, Willand have been the more successful out of the two sides in their last five meetings. With Rovers winning two, while another two of the fixtures ended in draws.
