It’s playoff action for Bishops Cleeve on Wednesday night as the Mitres travel to Malvern Town.

Cleeve looked to have finished a point outside the play-off places this season, but following the completion of an FA procedure, it was announced we'd be competing in place of Portishead Town, with each team moving up one position.
The final game of the league season was an easy one for Paul Collicutt’s men, with Harry Williams’ brace securing a 3-1 win to put the Mitres on 78 points, equal to their total the season before.
They’ll be hoping to get revenge on a Malvern side that defeated them in extra time of last year's semi-final, with the Hillsiders losing out to Evesham in the final.
Malvern have had a very good season, finishing on equal points with Portishead, with 95 points, and finishing in third.
The Hillsiders have been in good form recently, only suffering two league defeats in 2026, with those coming from champions Frome and runners-up Portishead.
The two times that Malvern and Cleeve have played each other this season saw the Mitres come out with a 2-1 win with a Jay Malshanskyj 95th-minute winner securing three points, and the fixture at Kayte Lane saw the Hillsiders come out with a 3-1 win.
