Ben Mclean thought it was the late winner for the mitres; however, a quick response from the home side stopped Bishops Cleeve's parade.
Phillips was the man to break the deadlock inside 15 minutes; not long after, the Larks were awarded a penalty, which Regula slotted home for the second of the afternoon.
The Mitres clawed the game back, with two quick goals at the end of the half – a long-range strike from Mclean bagged his first out of two in the afternoon.
Cleeve were awarded the second penalty of the game, with Toby Holland clinching the lead for the first time.
But it was too much to ask for the visitors, being held back twice in quick succession, leading to a four-all draw.
One change was made after the one-nil victory over Exmouth seven days ago; Curtis Jemmett Hutson entered the starting 11.
Larkhall were by far the better team in the first half, creating a flurry of chances from the get-go.
Bekinsale almost broke the deadlock within five minutes; the forward was put through on goal. However, Clayton was able to parry away the effort for a corner.
It didn’t take long after for the hosts to take the lead, courtesy of Kieran Phillips, who was given the ball on a plate, to open the deadlock.
Just over five minutes later, they doubled their lead. Jack Camm was tripped up inside the 18-yard box, with Regula bagging the second goal early on.
Ben Mclean was able to fire one into the back of the net; his long-range effort stood no chance for Armstrong.
Cleeve were able to score on the brink of half-time. A lofted ball into the box met Joey Jeremiah and ended up in the back of the net, by a Larkhall defender, going down as an own goal.
After a cagey 30 minutes of play, Bishops Cleeve were awarded a penalty.
Toby Holland stepped up and buried home his 12th goal of the season.
But the Miters' lead was cut short; after an error from Clayton, Larkhall pounced on the chances and levelled the game.
What the Cleeve fans thought was the winner was stripped away just seconds after; Ben Mclean smashes home his second of the afternoon. However, a scramble in the box down the other end of the pitch makes it four all.
