Bishops Cleeve are back at Kayte Lane this weekend, as Paul Collicutt’s men get set to take on a Westbury side without a win in five.
The Mitres' Tuesday night game against Falmouth was postponed due to severe weather, making it the second time this season the two sides have had their game called off.
Cleeve are still looking to bounce back from their 3-0 defeat to Shaftesbury, which saw the Rockies leapfrog over the Mitres into the playoff spots.
Paul Collicutt added another addition to his squad this week with Hungerford Town winger Zach Kotwica joining up with his former teammate Harry Williams, who signed for the Mitres last week.
The winger had four assists in 26 games for The Crusaders, as Cleeve once again adds more quality to the squad.
The 30 year old was on the books with Cheltenham Town, as a youth player, making 35 appearances for the Robins in the EFL.
Westbury haven’t won a game in their last five, only collecting one point out of a possible 15.
They still see themselves in tenth place with two games in hand, but they are some way off of the playoffs, 18 points away.
Their last win came against Paul Collicutt’s men in December, when the White Horse Men came out as the 3-1 victors, with Harry Leeson scoring Cleeve’s only goal in the 99th minute.
The Wiltshire-based side travelled to Frome on Tuesday night, losing 1-0 as the Robins stayed at the top of the table.
The two sides have faced against each other three times over the last four years; Westbury are yet to have won at Kayte Lane in that time. All four of the Mitres' wins have come on home turf, while Westbury have won three times, with one 4-4 draw back in 2024.
