The Mitres are coming off some valuable wins with a 2-0 win over Exmouth and a 3-1 win over Hartpury, capping off a brilliant Easter weekend with goals from Ross Langworthy, Reegan Messenger and a first goal for Adulai Sambu in a Cleeve shirt.
Bishops Cleeve will be hoping to go three for three with Paul Collicutt’s men in fifth place, five points above Shaftesbury and two points behind Winchester.
Cleeve’s opponents this weekend are just above the relegation zone with a game in hand over 19th-place Melksham, and on the same points and goal difference as the town.
Rovers' recent form has been one of struggle, with only a point out of a possible 15 being secured, and that being a 1- 1 draw against Brixham on Easter Monday.
The last time the two sides met, Cleeve took the win at Kayte Lane in Demeter with a 2-1 victory thanks to goals from Jake Lee and Curtis Jemmett-Hutson.
Overall, Rovers and the Mitres have met nine times, with Cleeve winning four times, which included a penalty shootout victory in the FA Trophy this season.
